Claude Larre, in The Secret Treatise of the Treatise of the Spiritual Orchid, writes: “The yin yang divides the ways the ways the universe moves on itself, which the Chinese call tian yun. Spring manifests itself everywhere as some beginning of life or renewing of the beginning of life, pertaining to the tian yun. The inner seed of transformation is visible, and through the different aspects of this visibility we can detect (the)… spirit of Spring. The same is true for Summer. Summer takes what has been started and progresses along the line up to an acme, to the highest point of that progress.” The energy of Spring — expansion, growth, renewal, rebirth — emerges vitally now in our world and in our lives. We trust that the good seeds we sow in our lives and in our work together will bring forth good fruit in due season. Summer promises to carry great power for our rising movement. We are thankful for the restful, restorative spirit of Winter, which provides the foundation and stillness for moving into this new cycle of creation. We welcome the influence and inspiration of Spirit (Shen) to guide and inspire us as we move forward together into our convention time and into the remaining days of this millennium. |
